Age 78 Female - Own Condo Apt in Delray Beach since 1992. Previously owned homes in Bofa Raton from 1974. Present apartment may have to be forecslosed or Short Sale.
Need CCRC community with Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Nursing faciity. My assets are depleted. My only certain income is Social Security of $1,244 monthly.
Have worked all my adult years, but have been out of work for past 7 months. Earned from part time short term income $261 net. Over the past several years, my earned income has been in the $40,000 range yearly. My credit score was 760 in February 2009 as a result of many years of continuing credit history over the years.
Want to locate in SE Florida: Boynton Beach to Deerfiled Beach (possibily Pompano Beach). Prefer Boca Raton or Delray Beach. I am NOT looking for rental apartment only without the continuing care arrangements provided in a CCRC.
